Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling

We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all India players. Casino gaming should be entertainment — not a financial solution. Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies instantly. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period — this is intentional. Limits can be set to any amount above ₹0. We recommend all players set a monthly deposit limit equal to their comfortable entertainment budget.

To set a deposit limit: Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits → Enter your preferred daily/weekly/monthly cap.

Session Time Limits & Reality Checks

Enable session time limits to receive a notification after a set play duration (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours). Reality Check alerts pop up during play to remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered in the session. These can be configured in your Responsible Gaming settings. Session limits don't force logout — they prompt you to decide whether to continue.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gambling, our self-exclusion tool allows you to suspend your account for a chosen period: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and is not reversible during the chosen period — not even by contacting support. This is intentional design: effective self-exclusion has to be a real barrier.

To self-exclude: Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion → Choose period → Confirm. For permanent self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Permanent Self-Exclusion Request."

Signs of Problem Gambling

• Spending more than you can afford on gambling
• Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling
• Gambling to recover previous losses ("chasing losses")
• Neglecting work, family, or other responsibilities due to gambling
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling
• Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends
• Gambling with money earmarked for bills, rent, or food
