These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rummy Gold Casino's platform and services. Please read them carefully before registering.
By registering an account or accessing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all players and supersede any prior agreements.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play. You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited. You may hold only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.
During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Name, email, mobile number, and date of birth must be correct. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time via KYC documentation. Providing false information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Minimum deposit is ₹200. We accept UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin. Deposits are credited to your account in real time. We do not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name.
Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Withdrawals are processed within 2-4 hours for UPI and within 1 business day for Net Banking. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal. Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is ₹50,000. Real money deposits have no withdrawal maximum. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security review.
All bonuses are subject to a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount only. Bonuses are valid for 30 days from crediting date. Maximum bet while bonus funds are active is ₹500 per spin or ₹1,000 per hand. Slots contribute 100% to wagering. Live casino contributes 10%. Table games contribute 20%. Bonuses are non-transferable and non-withdrawable until wagering is complete.
The following are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts, using automated software or bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities, providing false KYC documentation, using another person's payment method, coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse), and any form of money laundering. Violations result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
We are committed to responsible gambling. Players can set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Players who self-exclude cannot have their exclusion reversed during the chosen period. We support operators of responsible gambling support organisations and provide links to external support resources.

Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. We operate under a Curaçao eGaming licence (no. 8048/JAZ). Disputes shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
